This place is so crazy! The people, the food. I love it, and am
very shocked about the whole thing at the same time. I have had some
really amazing experiences this week and they have changed my life. The
language is very very hard. There really isn't much order to it at all.
It's funny though because if you want to go to school here it is all
taught in English, so most people here know at least a little English.
They all just look at my hair too. And I have heard, "Ohhhhh, you tall!"
Like a million times haha. There have been some funny moments here.
It's all just crazy to take in. I don't have much to talk about because
the only thing I have been doing for the last week is look at my Tagalog
book trying to figure all of it out haha. But Elder Andersen from the
12 stop by and talked to all of us. He is without a doubt a man of God. He said many very profound things! Next week I will have more to
talk about!
I love you mom so much and hope that you are doing well. Don't send
that first package yet, I will tell you when its okay to send it. I love
all the pictures you sent me and I miss you guys! Love you and remember
to keep the Church #1 in life.
Love you so much!
Elder Gordon
